- ½ cup raspberry simple syrup
- 1 bottle rose wine
- ⅓ cup aperol
- 2 oz. lemon juice
- 1 container raspberries, reserving a few for garnish
- lemon twists for garnish soda water to top off
- Fill pitcher with ice.
- Pour in all ingredients except soda water and stir to combine.
- To serve, pour into glass filled with ice and fill with mixture 3/4 of the way.
- Top off glasses with soda water and raspberries for garnish.
